Bridges Division under the Ministry of Road, Transport & Bridges, the government of Bangladesh internship circular 2024 is open inviting applications from concerned graduates. Online application deadline is this March 18.
As per the circular, the authority will offer only five (5) internship spots of three months period each to eligible candidates for the year 2024.
What Are Application Requirements for Bridges Division Internship?
Interested graduates will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application for the internship :
- Being Bangladeshi citizens.
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering related subject, obtained from any recognized university (Technical and Operation & Maintenance Activities).
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Information & Communication Technology, obtained from recognized university or institute (for ICT related activities).
- Second class (or equivalent CGPA) post-graduation or equivalent degree (for Admin, Finance & Accounts and Development & Budgeting Activities).
- Bachelor/Post-graduation/equivalent level pass under any recognized university or shown appeared in the concerned examination. Testimonial issued from the concerned institution confirming that applicant has appeared in the exam concerned.
- Application must be within two years of passing the exam—bachelor/post-graduation or equivalent exam.
- One can avail the internship offered by the only once according to the Internship Guidelines 2023.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued from the concerned organization, applicable to on-job applicant only.
- Recipients must do the internship under any supervisor determined by the Bridges Division.

Bridges Division Internship Benefits :
Recipients will receive a monthly Tk. ten thousand (10k) as Internship Allowance’ during the period of three months. There will be no others allowances or benefits.

Documents to Submit During Viva-Exam :
Eligible candidates will have to demonstrate original copies of the following documents during viva encounter :
- Certificates of all academic exams.
- Transcript of Bachelor/Post-graduation/equivalent degree.
- Character Certificate issued from the institution applicants last attended.
- National ID Card.
- Nationality Certificates issued from the concerned body.
- Three (3) copies of fresh passport size color photograph.
To note that applicants must submit one set copy of all the above-mentioned documents upon demonstration of them during the viva-voce.
