Pubali Bank Vacancy Call In Details :
As per the circular, the Pubali Bank authority will recruit people in the following positions :
- Probationary Senior Officer (100 Posts) 2. Probationary Officer ( 200 posts) and 3. Probationary Junior Officer (360 Posts).
Pubali Bank Job Requirements :
Aspirants need to meet the following qualifications, among others, to be eligible for application against their desired post :
Probationary Senior Officer :
Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university with four (4) first class/division/equivalent GPA or CGPA.
Probationary Officer Post :
Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university with at least three (3) first class/division/equivalent GPA or CGPA. No third class/division/CGPA or GPA is acceptable along entire academic life.
Probationary Junior Officer Post :
Having Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least two (2) first class/division/equivalent GPA or CGPA. In entire academic life, there should not be any third class/division/equivalent CGPA or GPA.
Common Requirements :
Aspirants need to maintain the following conditions as well :
- Only in-hand results will be acceptable. In this case, Testimonial is not suitable. Candidates with foreign degrees must make adjustment or equivalence of them with local ones from the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Job location will be anywhere in Bangladesh.
- One can apply for only one post—Probationary Senior Officer, Probationary Officer and Probationary Junior Officer.

Pubali Bank Salary Structure :
Selected candidates will receive the following benefits according to the existing salary structure of the bank :
Probationary Senior Officer :
Tk. 40,000 only per month during one year probation period. After successful finish of the probation period, they will enjoy regular pay of the bank and other benefits with a monthly pay of Tk.67,500 in total.
Probationary Officer :
Monthly Consolidated pay of Tk. 40,000 only during one year probation period. After successful end of the probation period, they will enjoy monthly regular pay of Tk. 53,550 in total along with other accessible benefits.
Probationary Junior Officer :
Consolidated pay of Tk. 30,000 per month only during one year probation period. After successful end of the probation period, they will receive monthly regular pay of Tk. 44,300 in total along with other accessible benefits.
