GIB PO Requirements :
Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
- MBA/MBM/Masters with four-year honors/graduation in any discipline or four-year BSc in CSE/EEE/ETE obtained from any public or private university approved by the UGC.
- Having first class/division across academic life with GPA at least 4.0 out of 5.0 in both SSC, HSC or their equivalent exams and GPA minimum 3.0 out of scale 4.0 or 3.75 out of scale 5.0 in Honors/Graduation and Masters level. Notably, appeared certificates at any level will not be accepted.
- Strong familiarity with most of the Microsoft Office Applications.
Global Islami Bank Job Conditions :
Finally selected candidates for the post of Probationary Officer will have to undertake a ‘Surety Bond cum Service Agreement ‘ to serve the bank for a period of five (5) continuous years from the date of joining. Besides, job location will be anywhere in the country, so having willingness to this end.

GIB Probationary Officer Salary :
Graduates selected as Probationary Officer will receive a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.48,400 over a period of one year. Upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period, the authority will absorb them as Officer under the bank’s existing regular scale of pay.
