Interested publication organizations or publishers can apply for stall either online or offline.

For offline, they can collect and submit the form in-person at Dr. Mohammad Enamul Haque Bhaban, Bangla Academy.
Application Submission Period :
For both online & offline, interested publishing units can submit application along with required documents over the period including public holidays except January 7, 2024.
Stall Booking Fare and Other Expenses :
Participating publishers will require to deposit stall fare and other expenses with Agrani Bank PLC, Bangla Academy Branch in favor of ‘Bangla Academy Amar Ekushey Book Fair Savings Account No. 0200014049231.

Ekushey Book Fair 2024 Stall Booking Requirements :
Old publishing organizations meaning those who participated in last year’s book fair and new publishers need to attach the following document with application form :
- Updated Trade License.
- Income Tax Returns or Receipt.
- First & last page of latest contracts signed with writers.
- Fresh documents or papers in support of honorarium paid to writers.
- Book submission receipt with Department of Archives & Library.
- Uploading or submission of Stall fare deposit receipt made with the concerned bank.
Notably, this year the authority will not consider any application for enlargement of stall size.
