Manager (sale & distribution) :
Post-graduation with 5 to 7 years of working experiences for any life insurance company. Plus, experiences in B2C and B2B areas with age being maximum 40 years.
Officer (Audit) :
MBA/MCom (Accounting/Finance)/CA (CC) with graduation/post-graduation degree along with 5 to 7 years of working experiences in audit department of any life insurance company. And age needs to be maximum 40 years.
Assistant Manager (Claims) :
Graduation/post-graduation with 5 to 7 years of experiences for any life insurance company. Of age, it can be maximum 40 years.
Assistant Manager (Training) :
The same as what is for the post of Assistant Manager (Claims). For age, it needs to be in between 35 to 40 years.
