Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare & Overseas Employment invites applications from interested & eligible recruiting agencies to select CIPs (Commercially Important Persons) for year 2024.
The ministry will select maximum 20 CIPs (Overseas Employment) for the year 2024. Of the figure, there are three spots reserved for women entrepreneurs and two spots for elected President & General Secretary of BAIRA by their position.
The authority will select CIPs (Overseas Employment) according to the CIP Selection Guidelines, 2021.
CIP Selection Eligibilities :
Prospective recruiting agencies must meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
- Employment generation or arrangements abroad for at least two (2) thousand workers, both male and female, during calendar years of 2022 & 2023.
- Minimum one (1) hundred workers received employment abroad through Demand Letter with help from the respective agency.
- Have arranged or provided training for minimum three (3) hundred overseas employment seeking persons.
- No allegations brought against the respective agency by any overseas employment seeking individuals and no guilty verdicts handed down to the agency by any court.

Notably, applicants must attach all required documents with application form. Remember, the deadline to apply is February 28, 2024. So apply please with enough time in hand!
