Bangla Academy research grant circular for year 2023-2024 is now open with deadline to submit proposal January 5, 2024.
Bangla Academy Research Grant Category :
As per the circular, the academy will provide three research funds which are below :
- Ferdous-Khatemon Research Fun (Subject : Translation Practices in Bangladesh’ Children Literature) 2. Mercantile Bank Research Fund (Subject : Banking Sector In Bangladesh : Ethics In Loan Disbursement & Recovery) 3. Gazi Shamsur Rahman Memorial Fund (Subject : Justice Muhammad Habibur Rahman : Life & Work).
Notably, there is only one (1) research grant under each category.
Bangla Academy Research Grant Application Requirements :
Interested persons need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
- Being at least post-graduation degree holder.
- Being a citizen of Bangladesh.
- Having experiences in research activities.
- Duration of fund is just one (1) year.
- Amount of fund each is Tk.2,40,000 only.
- Proposal must contain applicant’s bio-data and experience certificates.
- Reminder : deadline to submit proposal is January 5, 2024!
