Utrecht University in the Netherlands is providing international students its Excellence scholarship for fall 2021-2022 session to do master’s in the country.
Online application is currently underway and the last date for application is this January 31, 2021 (still 44 Days left). The Excellence scholarship is open to all including those from Bangladesh.
Number of Scholarship : About 20-25 scholarships across 6 Graduate Schools are on offer for international students for the period of 2021-2022.
The scholarship is awarded for one or two years’ degree program, depending on the program itself. It will only be renewed for the second year if the student is making satisfactory progress towards the degree.

Selection Criteria : Eligible candidates will be selected for a scholarship on the basis of the following criteria:
1. Academic excellence and promise in the proposed field of study.
2. The academic quality and results of preceding qualifications, as evidenced by proof of belonging to the top 10% of the class, grades, test scores, a writing sample, letters of recommendation.
3. The quality and relevance of the motivation letter for the Master’s program (academic content, intercultural and communication skills, personal motivation).
4. The quality of the application for the Master’s program itself (completeness, accuracy, consistency).
