Standard Bank Ltd. issues a job circular to recruit talented individuals as ‘Management Trainee Officer’ (MTO). Interested individuals need to apply online by September 18, 2021.

Requirements : Aspirants need to meet the following things to qualify for application :
- Four year Graduation or Post-Graduation with CGPA minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 or First class in any discipline from any UGC approved university.
- Having CGPA minimum 3.75 out of 5.0 in both SSC & HSC Or 3 A’s in O-level and 2 A’s in A-level examinations.
- Holding good command over English and computer literacy are a must for all applicants.
- Age being not over 30 as on September 1, 2021. But age limit is relax-able up to 32 years for applicants relating to freedom fighter.
Benefits & Conditions : Selected candidates will require to serve the job as Management Trainee Officer for a period of one year with a monthly paycheck of Tk. 50k. Upon satisfactory service for the period, they will be promoted as Senior Officer and will receive benefits as per the existing policy at the bank.
But selected candidates will render guarantee that they will do the service with the bank for minimum five (5) years at any of its branches or offices in the country.
Note : Job placement will be anywhere in the country. So applicants need to be willing to abide by this condition.
