As per the latest circular, the authority will make recruitment for the following positions :

Additional Managing Director (AMD) 2. Deputy Managing Director (DMD) 3. Zonal Head/Head of Different Divisions (Card, Remittance & Priority Banking etc.)/Branch Manager/Operation Manager/Desk Officials for General Banking/Investment/Foreign Exchange Department (Officer to Executive Vice President) 4. Team Leader, Relationship Officer, Sales Executive for Card Department 5. Social Officer for Micro-finance Program and 6. Call Center Executive.

SIBL Job Requirements :

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application against their position of choice :

For Additional Managing Director Position :

Minimum 22 years of experiences in banking sector with age limit being 57 years.

For Deputy Managing Director Position :

Minimum 20 years of banking experiences with age limit 55 years.

For Zonal Head/Head of Different Divisions (Card, Remittance & Priority Banking etc.)/Branch Manager/Operation Manager/Desk Officials for General Banking/Investment/Foreign Exchange Department Position :

At least two (2) to 18 years of banking experiences with age limit being not above 55 years.

For Team Leader, Relationship Officer, Sales Executive (Card Department) Position :

In case of fresh graduates, the age limit is 30 years. However, those with experiences in banking job will receive relaxation in age requirements plus priorities in landing the job.

For Social Officer (Micro-finance Program) Position :

The age limit is maximum 30 years. However, those with experiences may receive relaxation in age requirements.
