Requirements : Aspirants need to demonstrate the following qualifications and experiences to be eligible for application against their preferred positions :

For Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Post : Masters in any discipline but preference will be extended to those with foreign degree. Besides, have to carry minimum 20 years of experiences in the similar field.

For Executive Director (Marketing & Merchandizing) Post : Having graduation or Master’s in any discipline but preference will be extended to those with textile and apparel background. Besides, aspirants need to have min 15 years of experiences in the related field.

For General Manager (Marketing & Merchandizing) Post : Having graduation or Master’s in any discipline but preference will be extended to those with textile and apparel background. Besides, aspirants need to have min 12 years of experiences in the related field.

For Manager (Merchandizing) Post : Having graduation in any discipline but preference will be extended to those with Textile and Apparel related background. Besides, having min 10 years of experiences in the related field.

For Executive Director (HR) Post : Having MBA in Human Resources Management. In addition, have to have min 15 years of experiences in the related field.

For General Manager (HR) Post : Having MBA in Human Resources Management. In addition, have to have min 12 years of experiences in the related field.

For Manager (Environment) Post : Having B.Sc degree in Environmental Science. In addition, have to have min 8 years of experiences in the related field.
