Social Development Foundation Job Circular 2023 : 14 Posts

SDF (Social Development Foundation) job circular 2023 is now open asking application from qualified persons for 14 posts including District Health & Nutrition Officer, Cluster Facilitator (Construction). The deadline to apply is May 28. 

SDF is an autonomous agency under the Financial Institutions Divisions, Ministry of Finance, the Government of Bangladesh.

Since 2000, SDF has been implementing various projects through Community Driven Development (CDD) Process towards poverty alleviation of rural population. 

Currently, the agency is implementing a project titled ‘Resilience, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Improvement’ financed by the government of Bangladesh and World Bank. The authority will make the recruitment for the project which has a lifespan of five (5) years.

Social Development Foundation Vacancy In Details : 

As per the latest circular, the agency will recruit people for the following positions :

1. District Health & Nutrition Officer (5 posts) 2. Cluster Facilitator (Construction, 6 posts) and 3. Data Entry Operator (DEO, 3 posts). 

SDF Job Requirements : 

Aspirants need to fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for application for their post of choice : 

For District Health & Nutrition Officer Post :

MBBS degree with age maximum 42 years. Applicants with experiences in implementing mother & child health and nutrition assistance programs will receive priority in landing the job.

For Cluster Facilitator (Construction) Post :

Diploma in Civil Engineering plus at least two (2) years of experiences in civil engineering and infrastructure development related activities. In terms of age, it can be maximum 40 years.

For Data Entry Operator Post :

Minimum bachelor degree with at least six (6) months of computer operation training or Diploma in Computer Science. Besides, having two (2) years of work experiences as Data Entry Operator. And age needs to be maximum 40 years.

The positions to which the authority will recruit people as per the circular are the followings :

1. Manager (MIS, 1 post) 2. Deputy Manager (Capacity Building, 1 post) 3. Deputy Manager (Communications, 1 post) 4. Assistant Manager (Internal Audit, 4 post) 5. Assistant Manager (Community Finance, 1 post) and 6. District Officer (Health & Nutrition, 20 posts).

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions to be eligible for application against their post of choice :

For Manager (MIS) Post :

1. Having Post-graduation degree in Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Information Technology/Software Engineering or relevant subject field.
2. Holding at least 10 years of experiences in Web Based Application, Database Management, Hardware and Software related activities.
3. Age should not be over 48 years.

For Deputy Manager (Capacity Building) Post :

1. Having post-graduation in Sociology/Development Studies or any relevant subjects.

2. At least eight (8) years of experiences in Capacity Building or relevant activities. Age does not exceed 45 years.

For Deputy Manager (Capacity Building) Post :

1. Having post-graduation in Information Communication/Journalism or any relevant subjects.

2. At least eight (8) years of experiences in Information education and communication relevant activities. Age does not exceed 45 years.

For Assistant Manager (Internal Audit) Post :

1. Having post-graduation in Business Studies/MBA and CA(CC)/CMA with 1000 marks.

2. At least five (5) years of experiences in Internal Audit or related activities. Age does not exceed 45 years.

For Assistant Manager (Community Finance) Post :

1. Having post-graduation in Accounting/Economics/Sociology or related subjects.  

2. At least seven (7) years of experiences in Savings & Credit Program or related activities. Age does not exceed 45 years.

For District Officer (DO) Post :

1. Having MBBS degree with Registration from Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).

2. Age not over 42 years.

3. Candidates with experiences in Mother & Child health and Nutrition program planning, implementation and coordination will receive priority in landing the job.
