Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council BSc in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery and Diploma in Midwifery Courses admission circular for year 2023-2024 is open with application process beginning March 12. And the last date to apply is April 2, 2024.
The admission test is scheduled to take place from 10 to 11 am on May 4 instead of May 3, 2024, the earlier date. For details, please see the circular available at the end of this article!

BSc In Nursing and Diploma In Nursing Course Admission Requirements :
Aspirants will need to meet the following qualities, among others, to be eligible for application :
- Common Qualifications : SSC or equivalent exam pass in 2019, 2020 or 2021 and HSC or equivalent exam in 2021, 2022 or 2023.
- For Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc In Nursing) Course : For Science group students, SSC & HSC or their equivalent exam combined CGPA minimum 7.0 but GPA must be min 3.0 in either of the exam and GPA min 3.0 in Biology in HSC or equivalent exam.
- For Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery and Diploma in Midwifery Courses : Combination of SSC & HSC or their equivalent exam CGPA must be minimum 6.0 but GPA must be min 2.50 in either of the exam, applicable to students from all groups.
- Permanent Bangladeshi citizens.
- Notably, for Diploma in Midwifery Course, only female applicants are eligible for application.

Application Period :
As mentioned above, online application process begins from 10 am March 12. The last date and time to apply is 11:59 pm April 2. Notably, the deadline to pay the fee is 11: 59 pm April 3, 2024.
Application Fee :
For BSc in Nursing Course, the fee is Tk. 700 while it is Tk. 500 each for Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery and Diploma in Midwifery Courses. Applicants have to pay the fee by SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number.
BSc Nursing & Diploma Nursing & Midwifery Admission Test Date :
As per the circular, admission test of BSc in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery and Diploma in Midwifery Courses will take place from 10 to 11 am on May 4, 2024.
Admission Test Results 2024:
The results of the admission test will be out within May 10, which candidates can see in this website : www.bnmc.gov.bd

Admission Test System :
The admission test will have 100 marks MCQ type questions.
For BSc in Nursing course, the subject-wise marks distribution is 20 each for Bangla, English & General Knowledge, 10 marks for Mathematics and 30 marks for Science (physics, chemistry & biology).
For Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery and Diploma in Midwifery courses, the marks distribution is 20 marks each for Bangla & English, 10 for Mathematics, 25 each for General Science and General Knowledge.
And the duration of the test is one (1) hour, applicable to each course.

According to the circular, applicants can begin downloading their admission cards from 10 am April 25, 2024!
