NU (National University) Bachelor (honors) admission circular for year 2023-24 is open with online application period extended until April 3, 2024.
Like previous years, this year also there will be no admission test for admission into the colleges running bachelor (honors) courses under the National University.
NU Bachelor (Honors) Admission 2024 Requirements :
Aspirants need to meet the following qualities, among others, to be eligible for application :
Humanities Group Students : Having passed SSC or equivalent exam in 2020/2021 from any education board/Open University with minimum GPA 2.5. And HSC or equivalent exams in 2022/2023 with at least GPA 2.5 including 4th subject.
Science & Business Studies Group Students : SSC or equivalent exam passing year in 2020/2021 with minimum GPA 3.0 and HSC or equivalent exam in 2022/2023 with min GPA 2.5 from any Education Board/Bangladesh Open University.
Technical Education Board Students : Those who passed HSC (vocational), HSC (Business Management) and Diploma In Commerce Examinations under the board with min GPA 2.5 with 4th subjects and SSC or equivalent exam with min GPA 3.0 will be eligible for application.

As mentioned above, online application process has been extended until 12 pm on April 3, 2024.
Notably, applicants should keep print or PDF copy of initial Application Form for future purposes.

The initial application fee is Tk.350 which applicants need to deposit with their preferred colleges by the respective institution’s payment channel.

Urgent Note :
Those who took admission in Bachelor (honors), Bachelor (honors) Professional, Bachelor (pass) regular/private courses for academic year 2022-23 under the National University are not eligible for application. But upon cancellation of admission into the previous academic year, they will be able to apply for the current academic year of 2023-24.
NU Admission Results Formation :
The authority will prepare the results based on applicants’ SSC and HSC or their equivalent examinations’ results. However, the authority will publish the results upon publication in the following link :
www.nu.ac.bd/admissions.
Admission Results by SMS :
Candidates can also get their results from their chosen colleges. Besides, they can get results by SMS in the following way : nu (space) athn (space) roll no. Then just send it to 16222. Done!!!
NU Bachelor honors Merit List :
There will be individual merit list for each individual college, through which students will enroll into their preferred institutions according to their choice of subjects. Notably, applicants must have minimum 3.0 in his or her read subjects at Higher Secondary or equivalent level of study.
