Bangladesh Navy Officer Cadet 2024-B batch circular is set to open with online application process beginning August 1, 2023. And the deadline to apply is September 30, 2023.
Navy Officer Cadet Job Requirements :
Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
1. Age should be in between 16 & half to 21 years as of August 1, 2023. However, for those in-service with armed forces, age range is between 18 to 25 years as on the same date. No affidavit is acceptable in proof of age.
2. HSC & SSC Pass with CGPA 4.5 each and GPA 4 in both Mathematics and Physics.
3. For English Medium students, ‘A’ grade in three (3) subjects & ‘B’ grade in two (2) subjects in ‘O-level while ‘B’ grade in minimum two (2) subjects in ‘A’ level exam with Physics and Mathematics in both exams.
4. Unmarried, applicable for both male and female candidates.
5. For male, weight is minimum 50 kg while it is 47 kg for female.
6. Height 5 feet 2 inches for male while it is 5 feet 2 inches for female.

Navy Recruitment Process :
Officer recruitment process of Bangladesh Navy consists of four stages—-Initial Written Test & Health Check-ups, Final Written Test, ISSB and Final Medical Checkups.
As per the latest circular, first stage of initial written test & health check-up involving all applicants will tentatively take place from 10 to 20 October followed by Written Test on October 20. The results of written test is likely to be out on November 1, 2023.
Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB) test involving all successful candidates from written test will likely to be held on January 15, 2024.
In end, the final medical test will happen from June 1 to 10, 2023.
Finally selected candidates are expected to join Bangladesh Navy Service on June 17, 2024. For details, aspirants should wait for the circular with details which are expected to be out soon.
