Narsingdi District Family Planning Office under Directorate General of Family Planning issues a circular to make recruitment to 117 posts in total. Online application process gets underway from September 7 and continues until October 6, 2021.

Vacancy In Numbers : The posts to which recruitment will be made at Narsingdi District Family Planning Offices are the followings :
1. Family Planning Inspector (Grade 16, no. of posts 11) 2. Family Welfare Assistant (Grade 17, no. of posts 96) and 3. Aya (Grade 20, no. of post 10).

Requirements : Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application against their preferred posts :

For Family Planning Inspector Post : HSC or equivalent exam pass from any recognized board. For this post, residents of different Upazilas under Narsingdi District can apply. To get further details, please see the job circular provided at the end of this article.

For Family Welfare Assistant (grade 17) Post : SSC or equivalent exam pass from any recognized board. For this post, only female residents of different Unions under different Upazilas of Narsingdi District can apply. For further details, please see the job circular.

For Aya Post : At least eighth (8th) Grade or equivalent exam pass. For this post, only permanent female residents of Narsingdi District can apply.

Age Requirements : For all general candidates, the age must be in between 18 to 30 years as on March 25, 2020. But for those with Freedom Fighter and the disabled quotas, it is up to 32 years to the maximum as on the date.

Application Time : Online application begins from 10 a.m. September 7. The deadline to make application is 5 p.m. October 6, 2021.

Application Fee : For posts under serial number 1, the fee is Tk. 112 with service charge and it is Tk. 56 with service charge for the post under serial number 2 & 3. To note, application fee must be deposited through SMS by any Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 72 hours of application submission.

Papers Needed To Be Submitted : Candidates who will turn out to be successful from written exam need to submit the following papers, among others, to the district family planning office in a given period of time by post, courier or in-person :

1. Certificates of all academic qualifications along with documents relating to experience only where necessary.
2. Nationality Certificate issued by respective Union Parishad Chairman or Municipality Mayor.
3. Attested copies of certificate or proof in support of particular quota except female quota.
4. Testimonial or Character Certificate issued by respective Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/Councilor/ First class gazetted officer.
5. Attested copy of National ID or Birth Certificate.
6. Applicant’s filled up online application form.
