Ministry of Women and Children Affairs (MOWCA) opens a circular to make recruitment to 39 posts for a project implemented by Jatiyo Mohila Sangstha. Online application is already underway with the last date being July 11, 2021.
The recruitment will be made for the project titled ‘InfoMadam : Empowerment of Women through Information & Communication Technology to Build Digital Bangladesh (second phase)’ to be implemented by the women related body under the ministry.
Vacancy in Numbers : The posts to which recruitment will be made on temporary basis are the followings :
- Programmer (no. of post 1) 2. Assistant Programmer (no. of post 1) and 3. Info-service Officer (no. of posts 37).
Requirements : Aspirants need to demonstrate the following qualities to be eligible for application against their preferred posts :
For Programmer Post : Having second class (or equivalent CGPA) four year graduation or equivalent degree in Computer Science or CSE/ICT related subjects from any university. Besides, have to have minimum 5 years of working experiences as Assistant Network Engineer/Assistant Programmer/Assistant System Analyst/Assistant Maintenance Engineer/Assistant Database Administrator/Assistant Website Administrator or related fields. But priorities will be extended to those with ITES or equivalent degrees. Age limit is not over 35 years as on July 11, 2021 (the last date of application submission). For Assistant Programmer Post : Having second class (or equivalent CGPA) four year graduation or equivalent degree in Computer Science or CSE/ICT related subjects from any university. Besides, holding training and skills in Structured Programming or Object Oriented Programming Language. But priorities will be extended to those with ITES or equivalent degrees. Age limit is not over 30 years as on July 11, 2021 (the last date of application submission).

For Info-Service Officer Post : Only women will be recruited for this post. Aspirants need to have graduation or equivalent degree from any university Or Diploma Engineering in CSE/ICT related subjects from any Poly-technique Institute. Besides, Diploma or Certificate in basic IT, among others. For more details, please see the job circular provided at the end of this article.
