The official launch of the Miss Universe Bangladesh 2020 edition has been made at a press conference on January 11 at the Hotel Pan Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka with registration starting from January 13.
The last date for registration is this January 25. The fee for the registration is BDT 1000.

Primary Eligibilities : Aspirants need to meet the following conditions :
# Must be Bangladeshi citizen.
# Never been married or divorced or have had children.
# Must be at least 18 and below 28 years before January 1 in 2022 in the year they wish to compete.
# Swimsuit is not compulsory Segment.
To note, the winner from the contest will take part in the 69th edition of the Miss Universe Beauty Pageant to be held in the USA in May 2021.

Miss Universe Bangladesh is an annual national beauty pageant of the country with the first edition was held in 2019 when the crown winner was Shirin Akter Shila.
