Mercantile Bank Ltd, a leading private commercial bank in the country, issues a job circular to recruit fresh graduates as Management Trainee Officer.

Primary Requirements : Aspirants need to meet the following basic conditions to be eligible to apply :
1. Min 4.0 out of 5 in both SSC and HSC exams and min 5B in ‘O’ level and 2B in ‘A’ level.
2. Post graduation or 4 years graduation degree from any known university with min CGPA 3 out of 4 scale or first class, preferably in the fields of Economic, Banking, Finance, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Statistics, CSE and MBA & MBM.
3. Age must not over 30 as of February 28, 2021.
4. Having intention to work anywhere or any location in the country.
Warning : It should be noted that candidates selected for appointment must provide a ‘Surety Bond‘ to serve the bank for min 4 year period.
