Requirements : Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be qualified for application :
- Having MBA/M.Sc/MSS/MA in Economics/M. Com in Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or other disciplines from any recognized public or private university.
- Holding minimum 15 years of working experiences in any financial institutions or Banks. Besides, at least 2 years of continuous working experience in the immediate junior position to MD or CEO such as AMD or DMD with any monetary institutions or banks.
- Carrying high level of interpersonal skills, self-confidence, patience and ability to work in a team environment.
- Being eloquent in computer operations.
- Age not over 60 years but for highly deserving candidates, it may get relaxation.

Job Duties : The selected candidate for the role of MD & CEO is expected to carry out the following activities among others :
- Executing the role of overall leadership with the vision of transforming the FFL into one of the largest financial companies in the country.
- Organizing, planning, supervising and executing the operational activities of the company.
- Monitoring, supervising and providing guidance to the management team.
- Maintaining liaisons with all stakeholders such as Regulatory authorities, lenders, individual and corporate clients, business houses, Company Chairman and The Board of Directors.
