EDCL Job Requirements :

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions for application against their post of choice : 

Deputy General Manager (Administration & HRM) :

Four year Post-graduation or graduation in Management/Social Science/MBA (Major in HRM). However, possession of Diploma in Personnel Management will receive preference in landing the job. Besides, minimum 15 years of experiences in relevant field with age limit 45 years. 

Deputy General Manager (Procurement) :

Four year Post-graduation or graduation in Science/Commerce. However, those with ACA/ACMA/MBA or specialized Diploma/Supply Chain Management/Certificate Course will receive priorities in landing the job. Plus minimum 15 years of experiences in the field of procurement with age limit 45 years. 

Deputy General Manager (Production) :

Four year Post-graduation or graduation degree in Pharmacy/Chemistry/Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry or any Biological science degree with ‘A’ Grade registration from Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh. In addition, minimum 15 years of experiences in the field of production with age limit being 45 years.

Deputy Manager (Engineering, Electrical) : Having Post-graduation./Graduation in Electrical Engineering from any public university. Aspirants having MBA in Production Engineering Degree will receive preference. Plus having at least 10 years of working experiences in electrical works, of which 5 years in pharmaceutical industry. Besides, age limit is minimum 38 years.

 Deputy Manager (Engineering, Civil) : Having Post-graduation./Graduation in Civil Engineering from any public university. Aspirants having MBA in Production Engineering Degree will receive preference. Plus having at least 10 years of working experiences in Construction & maintenance works, of which 5 years in pharmaceutical industry. Besides, age limit is 38 years. Furthermore, computer literacy a must. To note, Experience requirements will receive relaxation depending on candidates’ academic and professional records.

Deputy Assistant Engineer (Civil)  : Having Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government Poly-technique Institute. Besides, have to have 8 years of practical experiences in related field and age being not over 30. However those with highly qualified will receive relaxation in terms of age.

Foreman Post : Trade Course pass. Besides, having 5 years of experiences in related field and age maximum 35 years.

Carpenter Post : Minimum Eight Grade pass. In addition, holding 5 years of experiences as Carpenter and age being 32 years to the maximum.

Clark cum Computer Operator : Minimum HSC Pass. Besides, have to have experiences in official work with skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Auto Cad. In addition, holding 10 years’ of experiences with Bangla typing speed 50 words and 60 words in English per minute. Age should be maximum 30 years but those with high experiences will receive age relaxation.
