A Dhaka WASA Job Circular 2021 is now open to make recruitment to 8 posts with the last date to apply this October 28.

The recruitment will be made for the management of the WASA’s District Metered Area (DMA).

Vacancy in Numbers : The posts to which the authority will employ people as per the Dhaka WASA Job Circular 2021 are the followings :

1. Manager (no. of post 1) and 2. Deputy Manager (no. of post 7).
   

Dhaka WASA Job Requirements :

Interested people need to meet the following qualities to be eligible for application against their respective post :

For Manager (equivalent to SDE/AE) Post :

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Water Resources or equivalent degree with no third class/division/CGPA in any examinations.
2. Having excellent capabilities in computer operation such as Windows Operation System, MS Office, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.
3. Working knowledge on Auto CAD, GIS.
4. Candidates with water utility/water IT (Data Loggers, Server, SCADA & AMR etc.) experience will receive preference in landing jobs.
5. Age being minimum 32 years and above. Those aged below 32 years are ineligible for application. However, age limit will get relaxation for candidates with experiences in related field.
6. DMA related training and experience on distribution network including the operation and maintenance of DMA Assets will be an added advantage.

For Deputy Manager (Sub-Assistant Engineer) Post :

1. Diploma Engineering degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Water Resources or equivalent degree with no third class/division/CGPA in any examinations.
2. Having excellent capabilities in computer operation such as Windows Operation System, MS Office, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.
3. Working knowledge on Auto CAD, GIS.
4. Candidates with water utility/water IT (Data Loggers, Server, SCADA & AMR etc.) experience will receive preference in landing jobs.
5. Age being minimum 32 years and above. Those aged below 32 years are ineligible for application. However, age limit will get relaxation for candidates with experiences in related field.
6. DMA related training and experience on distribution network including the operation and maintenance of DMA Assets will be an added advantage.

Note : All the recruitment will be of contractual basis for a period of two years.
