University of Dhaka (DU) Master of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM) Program admission circular for 2023 is now available. The deadline to apply online is June 6, 2023.
The MPHRM Program is run under the Department of Management at the university. Notably, the Department of Management, DU is ranked among the top 350 in the subject category.
DU Master of Professional HRM Program Features :
The MPHRM program has the following core characteristics that are best suited for the job market :
- The duration of the program is 1.5 to two years with 51 credit hours including thesis of three (3) credit hours.
- MBA Graduates and professional human resource executives will get an exemption for a maximum of four (4) courses in the MPHRM program.
- Classes will take place only on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Industry & Professional experts will share their first hand experiences with the program students along the journey.
DU MPHRM Admission Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 on a scale of 4.0 or second class/division. Besides, at least one (1) year of work experiences.
However, members of professional bodies like DCCI, DU Management HR Professional Networks and Different Associations of Management & Human Resource Management will receive exemptions from the work experiences.

Admission Test Schedule :
The admission test of the program involves two phases—Written Test (MCQ & Essay Writing) and Viva-Voce. The test will take place at 3 to 4 pm on June 9 followed by Viva-voce at 4:30 to 6 pm on the same day.
