Dhaka University’s undergraduate program admission test results of all units for academic year 2023-2024 is out. By providing relevant information such as username, password; candidates can check their results at the following link :
Or one can get results through SMS also. For that, type DU space Unit Name space ˂roll no˃, send to 16321.
For example, for Arts, Law & Social Science Unit results, type DU ALS ˂roll no˃, for Science Unit, type DU SCI ˂roll no˃. For Business unit, type DU BUS ˂roll no˃ And for Fine Arts Unit, type DU FRT ˂roll no˃. Then send the message to 16321. In the return SMS, you will get the results!
DU vice-chancellor Prof ASM Maksud Kamal has revealed the results from the Abdul Motin Chowdhury virtual classroom, reads a press release issued from the DU public relations office.
The admission test of Arts, Law and Social Science unit was held on February 23, Business unit on February 24, and the test for the Science unit was on March 1, 2024.
And the admission test (Drawing and MCQ) for the Fine Arts unit was held on March 9
Earlier, application process begun from December 18 and ended on January 5, 2024.
DU Undergraduate Program Admission Requirements:
Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application:
Science Unit : SSC & HSC GPA combination 8.00 with GPA 3.5 in either exam.
Arts, Law & Social Science Unit : GPA combination of SSC & HSC is 7.5 with GPA 3.0 in each of the exams.
Business Studies Unit : SSC & HSC combined GPA 7.5 with GPA 3.0 in each exam.
Fine Arts Unit : Combined GPA of SSC & HSC is 6.50 with minimum 3.0 in each exam.
Notably, aspirants must have passed SSC or its equivalent exam in between 2018 and 2021 and HSC or equivalent in 2023, applicable to all units.
Admit Card Download :
Applicants will be able to download their admit cards from 3:00 pm till up to 30 minutes before the start of any unit admission test by log-in into the admission website (https://admission.eis.du.ac.bd).
DU Undergraduate Admission Test 2024 Dates :
DU admission tests will be held as per the following reschedule :
Ka-Unit (Science Faculty) : March 1, 2023.
Kha-Unit (Arts, Law & Social Science Faculty) : February 23, 2024.
Ga-Unit (Business Faculty) : February 24, 2023.
Cha-Unit (Fine Arts Faculty) : March 9, 2023.
DU Admission Test 2024 Timing :
All unit test will start from 11 am in the morning and continue till 12:30 noon.
Here note that each unit admission test except Fine Arts unit will happen in all eight divisional cities—Dhaka, Rajshahi, Barishal, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rangpur, Khulna and Mymensingh—across the country. So students have to choose one division as their favorite exam center.
On the other hand, Fine Arts Unit admission test will be held at Dhaka University center only.
DU Admission Test Centers :
Eight divisional city centers involving DU undergraduate admission test are Dhaka University, Rajshahi University, Chittagong University, Barishal University, Khulna University, Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Bangladesh Agricultural University and Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur.

DU Admission Login/Portal :
Aspiring students need to apply through the following link :

While applying, students need to provide the following information : HSC Board & Roll and SSC Roll, Present Address, Mobile Number, Email (optional), NID of Parents (optional), Name of the Division where to take the test, Quota if needed and others suggested.
Here note that online application process begins from 12 pm December 18 and ends at 11:59 pm January 5, 2024.
Application Fee :
The fee for application is Tk.1050, up Tk.50 from the previous academic year. Applicants can pay the fee with any branch of the following banks–Sonali, Janata, Rupali and Agrani. Or they can pay it online through Debit/Credit Card, Mobile Financial Services. For details, please visit the admission portal.
Arts, Law & Social Science Unit Admit Card :
Candidates under the unit can download their admit cards till 10 am on February 24. Note that, students must enter the exam venue by 10:30 am on the day. Otherwise, they would be barred from entering the venue.
