Damien Foundation (DF) opens a job circular to fill some 6 positions including Project Coordinator,  Project Supervisor, Accounts Officer etc. with application deadline this March 14, 2024.

According to the latest circular, the vacancies are with Dhaka, Mymensingh, Netrakona and Tangail projects of the organization.

Damien Foundation Vacancy 2024 In Details : 

As per the circular, the authority will make the recruitment to the followings positions :

1. Project Coordinator (1 position for Dhaka Office) 2. Project Supervisor (3 positions for Mymensingh, Tangail & Netrakona projects) 3. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (M&E Officer, 1 position for Dhaka Office) and 4. Accounts Officer (1 position). 

Damien Foundation Job Requirements :

Interested persons will need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application : 

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (M&E Officer) : 

MBBS Degree or Master’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university. Those having MPH degree will receive preference. Besides, have to have one year of experience for Medical graduate and 3 years for Master’s degree holder in relevant field or in the area of health program management. Age should not exceed 45 years. To note, this position is a transferable one based on need.

Salary & Benefits : Remuneration and other benefits will be provided as per the Damien Foundation Salary Scale. Benefits on offer includes contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival bonus, Health-Death Benefit, Paid Annual leaves etc.

Selected candidates will have posting at Dhaka Office of the organization. 

Accounts Officer (AO) :

1. Masters degree in Accounting/Finance from any recognized university with CA Course carrying extra value.

2. Any third class/division or grade will lead to ineligibility.
3. Working skill in English language with basic computer knowledge on MS Office Word and Excel.
4. Minimum three years of experience in related field with prior experience in NGO or Development Partners carrying added advantage in landing the job. and
5. Age maximum 40 years.

Attention : Below Text Relates To Separate Job Circular of Damien Foundation : 

Wanted Positions : The positions to which the organization will make fresh recruits are the followings :

Medical Technologist (Lab) : This position has 11 posts for the foundation’s Faridpur Project.

Requirements : Diploma in Medical Technology (lab) from recognized institutions with min one year of experience in relevant field. Any third class or division or equivalent grade at any level of education will lead to disqualification. And applicant’s age must be maximum 35 years.

Salary & Benefits : Monthly gross salary around Tk. 15,000 with two festival bonuses per year.

Field Level Staff : There are four (4) positions in total, 3 for Mymensingh Project and 1 for Tangail Project.
Requirements : Bachelor degree from a recognized university or 18-months Diploma Course in Paramedics with minimum one year experience in relevant field. Any third class or equivalent Grade in academic life will lead to disqualification. And age should be maximum 35 years.

Posting Place : District, Upazila and Union level clinics.

Salary & Benefits : A monthly salary package of Tk. 11k (11,000) with two festival bonus per year.

Regional Supervisor (TV & Leprosy Control Office) : This position has two posts for Faridpur District.

Requirements : Master’s degree preferably in Social Science Disciplines from any recognized university with minimum three years of experience in Health Programme Management or relevant field. Any third class or division or equivalent grade at any level of education will lead to disqualification. And age must be maximum 45 years.

Salary & Benefits : Monthly gross salary of around Tk. 21,000 including all applicable benefits according to DF R & R.

16 Positions From A Separate DF Circular : Damien Foundation (DF) issues another circular to recruit individuals to 16 positions. The last date to make application is this July 8, 2021.

Names of the Positions : The positions to which recruitment will be made are the followings :1.Medical Officers (no. of posts 2, one each for Dhaka Office and Tangail-Jalchatra Hospital) 2. TB & Leprosy Control Assistant (TLCA, 12 Posts for Mymensingh Project & 2 Positions for Tangail Project).

For Medical Officer Post : Having MBBS Degree and being registered with BMDC. And age being not over 35 years.
Salary & Benefits : They will be offered according to the Damien Foundation existing salary policy.

For TB & Leprosy Control Assistant Post : Having passed HSC and being ready to go through 12 weeks TB & Leprosy training course arranged by DF itself. And age does not exceed 35 years.

Salary & Benefits : During the training period, month salary is Tk. 9,600. Upon successful completion of training, it will be Tk. 10,448 and two festival bonuses as per the organization policy.

Medical Technologist (Lab) :

This position has 17 posts for the foundation’s Faridpur Project (12 posts), Rajshahi Project (4 posts) and one (1) post for Tangail project.

Requirements : Diploma in Medical Technology (lab) from recognized institutions with minimum one year of experience in relevant field. Any third class or division or equivalent grade at any level of education will lead to disqualification. And applicant’s age must be maximum 35 years.

Selected candidates for the post of Accounts Office will receive a monthly gross salary of around Tk. 30,000 along with Festival Bonus, Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund and Health Fund which the person will get as per the existing DF rules and regulations.
