Commercial Bank of Ceylon (PLC) opens a job circular to take graduates as Trainee Executive for their Entry Level Training Program. Upon successful completion of 18 months training period, authority will absorb selected individuals as permanent officers.
Interested graduates must apply by this March 15, 2023.
Established in 1969, Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC is the largest private bank in Sri Lanka. The bank has been successfully running an operation in Bangladesh since 2003.
As per the latest circular, the enrollment of Trainee Executive will be made as part of its attempts to meet future expansion requirements.
Commercial Bank of Ceylon Trainee Executive Job Requirements :
Interested graduates will have to fulfill the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :
1. Bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 scale. However, those with post-graduate degree will receive advantage in landing jobs.
2. Age not over 30 years.
3. Having strong command in MS Office Applications.
4. Willingness to work any part in the country.
5. Plus having workable command in English language both oral and writing.
Trainee Executive Job Benefits :
Finally Selected graduates will receive a gross training allowance of Tk. 28,000 per month. Upon satisfactory completion of one and a half year period of training, they will be granted Officer grade along with regular salary and other available benefits as per the policy of the bank.
