SKS Foundation Job. Circular 2022 for Director & Assistant Director

An SKS Foundation job circular 2022 is now open for the posts of ‘Director (Social Enterprising) and Assistant Director (Admin). The last date to apply is June 15, 2022.

SKS Foundation is a non-government organization working in Bangladesh since 1987 with the poor and other community such as char dwellers, ethnic minority, landless, marginal farmers and so on.

SKS Foundation Job Requirements :

Interested professionals need to demonstrate the following qualities, among others, to be eligible for application against their desired posts:

For ‘Director (Social Enterprising) Post :

1. Having Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably Economics, Management, Marketing or Business Administration.
2. Individuals with corporate backgrounds and professional experience will receive preference in landing the job
3. Having at least 10 years of working experiences in business management with reputed organization is a must.
4. Professional skills about business planning, market analysis, financial management and policy development are some key requirements.

For Assistant Director (Admin) Posts :

1. Master’s degree from any discipline from any recognized university or institution. Individuals with good academic background will receive preference.
2. At least eight years of working experiences in management role with reputed organizations is a must-have requirement.

Note :

In case of competent women candidates, the overall job requirements will receive relaxation. So potentially eligible women are being encouraged to apply for both the positions.

SKS Job Benefits :

The job offers the following benefits :

For the position of Director (Social Enterprising), the monthly remuneration is over Tk.156,000 along with other benefits such as Provident Fund, Staff Welfare, Gratuity, Festival bonus etc.

And for ‘Assistant Director (Admin) post, the per month salary is just over TK.95,000. There are other things such as Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival bonus etc. available as per the remuneration policy.
