IDCOL Job Requirements :

Job aspirants need to meet the following requirements, among others, to be eligible for application against their preferred posts :

 Manager/Assistant Vice President (Investment Department) Post :

1. Having BBA/MBA/MSc (Finance) with minimum CGPA 3.0.
2. Possession of at least 5 years for Manager post and 7 years of working experiences for Assistant Vice President post in relevant field.
3. Having strong skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
4. Strong written and oral skills in both English and Bengali.
5. Age limit is 35 years.

2. Minimum eleven (11) years of relevant work experiences in banks/financial institutions. 
3. Strong command in developing business strategies, financial & technical analysis and relationship management. 

 Manager (Investment Department) Post :

1. BBA/MBA (Major in Finance)/MSc with GPA minimum 3.00.
2. Having at least five (5) years of working experiences in related field. 

Manager (Green Climate Fund) Post :

     1. BSc/MSc in Economics/Development Economics/Development Studies/Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering with GPA minimum 3.00. 

     2. Minimum five (5) years of working experiences in related to working with energy access and climate change.

 Manager (Technical) Post : 

     1. BSc In Civil Engineering with GPA minimum 3.00.

     2. Minimum five (5) years of experiences in monitoring and assessment of construction of projects. 

 Assistant Manager (Investment Department) Post :

1. BBA/MBA (Major in Finance)/MSc with GPA minimum 3.00.
2. Having at least three (3) years of working experiences in related field. 

Management Trainee Officer (Technical) Post :

1. Having BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering degree with GPA at least 3.00.
2. Age limit is 30 years.
