Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) opens a job circular to recruit faculties for 11 positions under a number of departments. The last date to apply in given application form is May 23, 2022.

Vacancy Landscape : As per the circular, the authorities will make the recruitment to the posts of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor for the following departments :

1. Associate Professor just for the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. There is just only one post to be filled up.
2. Assistant Professor post is for the following departments which are Department of Transfusion Medicine (1 post), Depart of Child Cardiology (2 posts), Depart of Microbiology & Immunology (1 post); Depart of Internal Medicine (4 posts) and Depart of Cardiac Surgery (2 posts, one each with Child Cardiac Anesthesia & Child Cardiac Surgery).
   
   
   

BSMMU Job Basic Requirements :

For all the posts mentioned above, having MBBS or equivalent degree is mandatory. For the post of Assistant Professor, age limit is 45 years as on the last date of application submission with exceptions applicable to departmental candidates.

Application Process : Interested individuals need to make application along with Bank Draft/Pay Order of Tk. 1000 (non-refundable) with Pubali Bank Dhaka Shahbag Avenue Brach to Registrar, BSMMU by 2:30 within the above-specified date.
