 Aspirants need to fulfil the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application :

1. Having minimum Graduate degree in Business Administration/ Banking/ Finance/ Marketing/ Accounting/ Economics/ Management from any UGC-approved university.
2. Minimum one (1 year) of experience in Banking/Finance with a focus on corporate relationships.
3. Advanced skills in MS Office such as Excel Dashboard, Power BI and PowerPoint.
4. Being Proactive and possession of strong analytical ability to assist decision-making.
5. Ability to work under pressure such as meeting deadlines, attending ad-hoc tasks, managing priorities, and having multi-tasking ability.
6. Strong English and Bangla communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Having strong knowledge on banking operations, markets, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Responsibilities As BRAC Bank Officer/Associate Manager :

Selected persons in the role of Officer/Associate Manager need to perform the following tasks :

1. Preparing various MIS and dashboards on various performance indicators i.e. portfolio growth, trade performance, profitability, overdue status, stock analysis, CIB analysis, checklist update, budget vs achievement monitoring, limit vs utilization, documentation compliance status, regulatory reporting, projection and other ad hoc requirements for the division to track progress in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
2. Following up with corporate relationship teams and other internal stakeholders to meet various queries and fulfillment of requirement(s).
3. Preparing corporate banking policies, product PPGs, process notes, checklists, etc. in coordination with relevant business and product teams to ensure a process-driven work environment.
4. Maintaining Liaison with various departments of the bank to ensure necessary collaboration and support.
5. Monitoring portfolio quality to identify potential risk and raise it to the appropriate authority for raising necessary actions.
6. Collecting relevant information from the business units, other departments, and market to prepare required MIS and provide various insights on the market and client pool.
7. Monitoring compliance status of covenant and conditions and raise flags that require management attention to make quick and effective decisions.
8. Preparing and circulating periodical MIS and reports as required by the division.
