BMET Job Circular : 142 Posts

BMET (Bureau of Manpower Employment & Training) job circular to recruit people to 142 Driving Instructor posts for a project is open. Application last date is this October 20, 2023. 

As per the circular, the authority will make the recruitment for the project titled ‘Providing Driving Training for Employment Generation Home & Abroad’.

BMET Job Circular Breakdowns : 

As per the circular, the authority will fill up the following positions : 

1. Driving Instructor (practical, 106 posts) and 2. Driving Instructor (theoretical, 36 posts).

BMET Job Requirements :

Interested persons need to meet the following conditions to be eligible for application against their preferred posts :

Driving Instructor (practical) Post :

1. Minimum SSC level pass.
2. Holder of Instructor License issued by Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA).
3. Three years of practical experiences as Instructor with any authorized Driving training institute.
4. Age not over 30 years but it will receive relaxation in case of highly experienced candidates.

Driving Instructor (theoretical) Post :

1. Having Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Degree.
2. Holder of Instructor License issued by Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) will get priorities in landing jobs.
3. One year of practical experiences as Instructor with any authorized Driving training institute.
4. Age not over 30 years but it will receive relaxation in case of highly experienced candidates.

BMET Job Application Process :

Applicants must send their computer-generated application forms by post or in-person to the following address :

Papers To Submit with Application Form : 

Candidates need to submit the following documents, among others, along with application forms :

1. All academic and experience related certificates attested by first class gazette-officer.
2. Three copies of passport size photographs.
3. Copy of National ID Card/Birth Certificate/ Nationality Certificate or Passport.
4. Character Certificate attested by first class gazette-officer.

BMET Job Selection Process :

Candidates will have to face three steps selection process—- written test, practical and viva exam in landing jobs. Those overcoming primary selection step will be notified of written test through letter/email or phone call.
