Red Crescent Society Job Requirements (Applicable for old circular) :
Aspirants need to demonstrate the following credentials to be eligible for application against their preferred posts :
For Director (Finance/Audit) Post : Having Post-graduation in related subjects (Accounting/Finance & Banking). But CA or CMA Degree holders will be given preferences. Having at least 20 years of experiences in Mercantile Accounting with local or international NGOs/ Voluntary Services Organizations. Plus min 10 years of experiences in Finance or Audit department as Director/Deputy Director or equivalent posts. Age limit is min 45 years and maximum 55 years.
For Director (Health) Post : Having Post-graduation in MBBS/health related subjects. MPH degree is mandatory. Holding at least 20 years of experiences in Public Health Department with local or international NGOs/ Voluntary Services Organizations. Plus having min 10 years of experiences in Health Department as Director/Deputy Director or equivalent level. Age limit is min 45 years and maximum 55 years.
For Director (International Relations & Communications) Post : Having Post-graduation in Journalism/International Relations. Holding at least 20 years of experiences in relevant field with local or international NGOs/ Voluntary Services Organizations. Plus having min 10 years of practical experiences as Director/Deputy Director or equivalence. Age limit is min 45 years and maximum 55 years.
For Director (General Affairs) Post : Having Post-graduation degree in related subjects. Holding at least 20 years’ experiences in relevant field with local or international NGOs/ Voluntary Services Organizations. In addition, having min 10 years of practical experiences as Director/Deputy Director or equivalence. But candidates with expertise in Disaster Management/Cyclone Prevention & Rehabilitation and Refugee Rehabilitation activities will get preferences. Age limit is min 45 years and maximum 55 years. But for experienced candidates, the age limit will receive relaxation.
