Selection Process : The selection process of Bank Asia Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will maintain the following steps :

1. It will be purely based on merit.
2. Shortlisted applicants will have to sit for a competitive Written Test.
3. Applicants being successful out of the Written Test will require to appear for a two phase interview.
4. Combined result of Written Test and Viva-Voce will constitute the primary list of successful candidates.
5. Final selection will be on the basis of interview with the management of the Bank Asia.

Requirements : First, interested graduates need to fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for application for Bank Asia MTO post :

• Having four year Graduation in any discipline from any UGC approved university.
• Having minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 and 4.0 out of 5.0.
