As per the circular, the authority will recruit people for the following positions :

1. Assistant Director (4 posts) 2. Assistant Programmer (1 post) 3. Assistant Maintenance Engineer (1 post) 4. Transport Officer (1 post) 5. Computer Operator (4 posts) 6. Accountant (9 posts) 7. Cashier (1 post) 8. Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (25 posts) 9. Data Entry/Control Operator ( 9 posts) and 10. Driver (2 post).

Bangladesh Karmachari Kallyan Board Job Requirements :

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions, among others, to be eligible for application against their post of choice :

Assistant Director Post :

First class post-graduation or second class post-graduation with second class bachelor (honors) degree or four (40 year second class bachelor (honors) degree in the subject fields of Social Welfare/Social Work/Sociology/Public Administration/Economics/Political Science/Population Science or Anthropology.

Assistant Programmer Post :

Second class (or equivalent CGPA) bachelor (honors) or equivalent degree in the fields of Computer Science/Computer Science & Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Information & Communication Technology from any recognized university. Besides, candidates have to pass a Standard Test for Programming.

Assistant Maintenance Engineer Post : 

The same as what is for the post of Assistant Programmer. Notably, they have to pass a Standard Test.

Accountant Post :

Minimum second class bachelor degree in commerce from any known university. However, those with related experiences will receive priority in getting the job.

Transport Officer Post :

Three (3) year-ling Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile. However, those with relevant experiences will receive preference in landing the job.

Computer Operator Post :

Bachelor (honors) or equivalent degree in science group from any recognized university.

In addition, computer typing speed must be minimum 25 words in Bangla and 30 words in English per minute. Notably, they have to overcome a Standard Aptitude Test of related subject.

Cashier Post :

Bachelor degree from any known university but those with experiences in related field will receive priority in securing the job.

Data Entry/Control Operator Post :

HSC or equivalent pass under any education board. Besides, their computer typing speed must be minimum 20 words in both Bangla & English per minute. At the same time, they have to pass a Standard Aptitude Test of related subject.

Common Age Requirements : 

Notably, age limit is 18 to 30 years as on June 30, 2023 which is applicable to all general candidates, minority groups and son/daughters of son/daughter of Freedom Fighter or Martyred Freedom Fighters.

Eligibility Restrictions : 

For the posts under serial number 1 to 6, residents from all districts are eligible for application.

On the other hand, for the posts under serial number 7 to 10, residents from the districts of Narsingdi, Madaripur, Sherpur, Kurigram, Nilphamari, Panchagarh, Narail, Satkhira, Barguna are not eligible for application.

However, in case of the orphans and the disabled, residents from all districts are eligible for application for all the jobs.

Papers To Show During Viva Exam :

The authority will call up only successful candidates from the written exam for a viva session where they need to show the following papers or documents among others :
