Food Safety Authority Job Circular 2023 : 31 Vacancy, Application Period June 1 to 10

Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA) opens a job circular to recruit people for 31 vacant positions under four job categories. Online application process gets underway from 10 am June 1 and ends at 5 pm June 10, 2023. 

Food Safety Authority Job Circular 2023 In Details : 

As per the circular, the authority will recruit people for the following vacant jobs : 

1. Personal Assistant (Grade 14, no. of post 2) 2. Office Assistant cum Computer Typist (Grade 16, no. of posts 7) 3. Telephone Operator/Receptionist (1 post) and 4. Sample Collection Assistant (Grade 16, no. of post 21). 

As per the circular, the recruitment will be on temporary basis but on National Pay Scale 2015.

BFSA Job Application Requirements :

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions to be eligible for application against their preferred job :

Personal Assistant Post :

Having second class (or equivalent CGPA) Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized university. Besides, have received training on computer from any recognized institute. Computer typing speed must be minimum 25 words in Bangla and 30 words in English per minute. And age should be cross 30 years as on 25 March, 2020. 

Telephone Operator/Receptionist Post :

Higher Secondary Certificates HSC or equivalent level exam with second class or equivalent CGPA in any Group from any education board. Besides, having skills in computer operation. And age should be over 30 years as on 25 March, 2020. 

Office Assistant cum Computer Typist Post :

Have passed HSC or equivalent level exam from any known education board. Computer typing speed must be minimum 20 words per minute in both Bangla and English. In addition, have received training on computer operation particularly in Word Processing, Fax conduction, email etc. And age needs to be 30 years as on 25 March, 2020. 

Sample Collection Assistant Post :

Minimum HSC or equivalent level exam with second class or equivalent CGPA in Science Group under any education board. In addition, have skills in computer operation. And age should be exceed 30 years as on 25 March, 2020. 

Attention : Age limit is 18 to 30 years as on May 29, 2023 which is applicable to all general candidates, minority groups and son/daughters of son/daughter of Freedom Fighter or Martyred Freedom Fighters.

Job Application Period : 

As mentioned earlier, online application process is beginning at 10 am June 1. And the last date and time to apply is 5 pm on June 10, 2023. 

Application Fee :

The application fee is Tk.223 with service charge, which applicants need to pay by SMS through any Teletalk prepaid mobile number within 72 hours of application submission. 

Papers To Show During Viva Exam :

The authority will call up only successful candidates from the written exam for a viva session where they need to show the following papers or documents among others :

1. Attested copies of all academic certificates.
2. Attested copies of training certificate in support of computer knowledge.
3. Testimonial or Character certificate issued from first class gazette Officer.
4. Original or attested copy of Nationality Certificate issued from Union Parshad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/Word Commissioner or Councilor in case of City Corporation in support of permanent address, native district and nationality.
5. Photocopy of admit card.
6. Copy of applicant’s application copy.

Written Test Admit Card :

Any information regarding written test admit card will be available in this website (http://bfsa.teletalk.com.bd).

The authority will inform only primarily eligible candidates in due course of time of the admit card by SMS to their mobile number.
