Primary Medical and Viva Exams Results :

The preliminary Health and Viva exams results of 57th BMA Special, 35th DSSC (JAG) and 50th DSSC (RV&FC) are out now. One can check their results in the below image :

ISSB Test :

The ISSB Test of successful candidates out of Primary Medical and Viva Exams has begun from October 20 and will continue until November 25, 2021. During ISSB Test, candidates have to carry original copies of all academic certificates and mark sheets.

Special Notice for 57^th BMA Special Course Viva Exams :

The date of Primary Health and Viva exams of 57^th BMA Special course, scheduled to be held on September 30, has been rescheduled to October 2, 2021.

And the timing of the test, scheduled to take place on September 27, has been reset also. As per a notice, the fresh timing for the tests is 10 : 30 am instead of 7 : 30 am. Other instructions to this end will remain unchanged.

Requirements For 57th BMA Special (Engineering) & Other Cores :

Aspirants need to meet the following conditions to be eligible for application against their preferred cores in the 57th BMA Special Circular 2021 :

Physical Requirements (applicable for all cores) :

Height : For male, height is 1.63 meter (5 feet 4 inch) while it is 1.57 meter (5 feet 2 inch) for female candidates.
Weight : For male candidates, weight is 57 KGs (126 pounds) while it is 49 KGs (109 pounds) for female.
Age : It is not over 28 years as on January 1, 2022, which is applicable for both male and female candidates.

Academic Requirements :

For Engineers Core (male & female) : GPA minimum 4.5 in both SSC & HSC Exams with BSc Engineering in the following subjects——Civil Engineering, Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering and Architecture Engineering— with GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale.

For Signals Core (only male) : Having GPA minimum 4.5 in both SSC & HSC Exams with BSc Engineering in the following fields——Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Science & Information Technology/Electrical Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronic & Communication Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Electronics Telecommunication Engineering/Information & Communication Engineering— with GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale.

For Remount Veterinary & Farm (RV&FC) Core (only male) : Having GPA minimum 4.0 in both SSC & HSC Exams with BSc (vet & AH) DVM degree with completed internship — with GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale.

Marital Status : Both married/unmarried male & female candidates are eligible to apply for the concerned cores. But for married male candidates, age must be over 26 years as on January 1, 2022.

Nationality : Bangladeshi citizens by birth.

Requirements for 78th DSSC AMC) & 65th DSSC (ADC) :

Applicants need to fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for application :

Physical Requirements :

Height : For male, height is 1.63 meter (5 feet 4 inch) while it is 1.57 meter (5 feet 2 inch) for female candidates.
Weight : For male candidates, weight is 57 KGs (126 pounds) while it is 49 KGs (109 pounds) for female.
Age : It is not over 28 years as on January 1, 2022, which is applicable for both male and female candidates.

Academic Requirements :

1. Passed SSC & HSC exams each with GPA 5.0 and MBBS Degree with internship from any Bangladesh government recognized Medical College.
   

Marital Status : Both married/unmarried male & female candidates are eligible to apply for the concerned cores. But for married male candidates, age must be over 26 years as on January 1, 2022.

Nationality : Bangladeshi citizens by birth.

Disqualifications : Those with the following discredits will be non-eligible for application :

1. Dismissed or removed from Army/Navy/Air Force or any government jobs.
2. Twice screened out/rejected by Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB). However, those who were screened out or rejected by the board just once will be eligible for application.
3. Certain physical issues (for more, please see the circular provided at the end of this article).
4. Disqualified by Appellate Medical Board of Bangladesh Army, Navy and Air Force.
   

Selection Method (BMA Special) : The selection process of individuals for different cores has several steps which are the followings :

Written Test : The written test involving 100 marks on professional subjects will be held at 9 a.m. on August 6, 2021 at Shaheed Ramij Uddin Cantonment College, Dhaka Cantonment.

The result of the test will get published on August 31, 2021 and it will be available at the website (joinbangladesharmy.army.mil.bd). Candidates will also receive SMS or phone from the authority to this end.

Primary Health & Viva Exam : The initial medical and viva exams of the successful candidates from the written test will take place from September 26 to October 5, 2021. Later on, ISSB Test and final medical test will be followed.

Note : Applicants need to keep in their heads that the last date to apply is this July 24, 2021. So go fast in making application!
